In his article "Modeling and simulation of mobility and transport", Johannes Weyer presents the most common simulation frameworks used by transport science to understand mobility and test scenarios through simulation experiments.
The article presents the basic principles and methods of ABM and shows how the method is used to analyze strategies for sustainable transformation. It also takes a critical look at a critical sociology of simulation.
