How can climate protection in mobility be measured? Professor Johannes Weyer at the Alliance for Mobility NRW
Professor Johannes Weyer presented the sociologically based climate experiment at the Alliance for Mobility in Düsseldorf on June 19.
The Alliance for Mobility is an initiative of the Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Transport NRW with the aim of realizing simple, flexible and climate-neutral mobility in NRW. The alliance includes around 130 partners from business, science, the transport sector and associations.
The alliance's program includes regular exchanges with peers in the "Alliance in Dialogue" series. On June 19, the main topic was how climate protection in mobility can be measured and assessed.
Alongside other speakers, Johannes Weyer presented the climate experiment, which can be used to show how people react to which measures. It is based on a model of mobility behavior called xMooBe.
