Model regions for autonomous driving - no thanks?

All the major players were represented at mobility move in Berlin, the industry meeting of transport companies, including the NeMo.bil project with the NeMo.Cab. However, Federal Minister of Transport Schnieder brought worry lines to the foreheads of those present when he announced that there was no money available for the long-announced model regions. Will the lead market for autonomous driving become a suffering market? Or will Germany manage to show new ways, such as intelligently linking autonomous on-demand transportation with public transport?
