The NeMo.bil project received the German Mobility Award in the ‘New Mobility Solutions’ category.

The NeMo.bil project received the German Mobility Award (DMP) this week. In the ‘New Mobility Solutions’ category, the jury from industry and politics decided in favour of the joint project, which aims to offer an alternative and supplement to traditional local public transport. The prize was presented by the Federal Minister of Transport, Volker Wissing.

The Technical University of Dortmund is involved in the project primarily through the modelling of patterns of everyday mobility and the agent-based modelling and simulation of application scenarios for the NeMo.bil system.

More information on the project can be found on the project page.
